Remembering a life with compassion

A person’s passing can be met with remembrance and care even when no family is present. Pro-bono spiritual support offers a way to extend compassion to someone whose circumstances might otherwise leave them without such care.

Begin by sharing what is known about the person and the situation. Master will consider the circumstances and decide whether support can be offered, together with the form it may take.

Who may enquire

  • For someone without family

If someone has died alone or has no family available to arrange spiritual care, you may bring their circumstances to Master’s attention.

  • For funeral companies

Funeral companies handling such a case are welcome to contact Master to discuss possible pro-bono spiritual support.

  • Care considered individually

Master considers each request on its circumstances. Whether support can be offered, and the scope of that support, are at Master’s discretion.

Discussing a case with Master

Contact GSLC with a brief account of the circumstances, your relationship to the case and any known date or venue. Funeral companies may include the arrangements already in place and the spiritual support being sought. Master will review the request before any support is confirmed.
